Candy Cane Lane

Come follow me down Candy Cane Lane
There's so many things to see and do!
Decorations and silver bells
Santa Claus and his little elves too!

Rocking horses with big bright eyes
Dolls and trains and toys everywhere!
Christmas trees with blinking lights
It's all so lovely, I just stand and stare!

A candy rock mountain that goes to the sky
Chugging toy trains that climb to its peak.
Choirs of children sing Christmas songs
Their voices so sweet I cannot speak!

At the end of the lane I'm happy and smiling
As a big candy cane they place in my hand.
Next year I'll be back to stroll once again
Down Candy Cane Lane..this magic land!

It's the most wonderful time of the year. 
With the kids jingle belling, 
and everyone telling you,
 "Be of good cheer," 
It's the most wonderful time of the year. 

There'll be parties for hosting, 
marshmallows for toasting 
and caroling out in the snow.
 there'll be scary ghost stories 
and tales of the glories 
of Christmases long, long ago.

There'll be much mistletoeing 
and hearts will be glowing, 
when loved ones are near.
